Cancellation Policy

Pricing Open Play sessions are $13 per child. Children 11 months and under are free with a paying sibling. We do not offer sibling discounts. Each booking includes admission for up to two adults per family. For discounted rates, please see our Membership or Package options. Reservations & Booking Reservations are strongly encouraged to guarantee entry. Walk-ins are welcome only if we are open and capacity allows. Lamb and Littles may adjust operating hours or staffing on days without advance bookings. Reservations may be made online or by contacting our team. All bookings must be completed by a minor’s legal guardian. By completing a reservation and signing the waiver, you confirm you are the legal guardian and agree to our policies. Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Unpaid reservations are not held. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and by submitting payment you authorize Lamb and Littles to charge your selected method. Session Length & Timing Open Play sessions are 90 minutes long and begin and end promptly to allow for cleaning and guest transitions. Late arrivals may join the remainder of their session, but time will not be extended. Families may briefly step out and return during their session if time remains. Once a session ends, re-entry is not permitted unless another session is booked. Guests are expected to exit promptly at the end of their session. Capacity & Safety Capacity is carefully managed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Children must be supervised by their caregiver at all times. Lamb and Littles Play Cafe is not a drop-off facility. By entering the facility, you acknowledge that children’s play environments involve inherent risks and you voluntarily assume those risks. Lamb and Littles is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or damages occurring during your visit. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or account credit. Rescheduling Reservations may be rescheduled up to one (1) hour before the session start time, subject to availability. No-Shows Failure to attend without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued.
