Pricing and Memberships
Pricing for Open Play Sessions
Open Play sessions are $13 per child. Children 11 months and under are free with a paying sibling. We do not offer sibling discounts. Each booking includes admission for up to two adults per family.

Memberships
Memberships are offered per family household. All children who will use the membership must be listed at the time of membership purchase and must reside in the same household. Children may not be switched or substituted after purchase.
Each membership includes up to two (2) alternate caregivers who may be listed on the account at the time of membership purchase. Authorized caregivers are permitted to bring only the children listed on the membership. Authorized caregivers may not be switched or substituted after purchase.
For safety purposes, any caregiver using a membership may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Membership benefits apply only while the account is active and in good standing.
Play Session Details
Session Length
All open play sessions are booked in 90-minute increments. Each reservation includes one 90-minute play session.
Capacity Management
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests, capacity is strictly monitored. Sessions begin and end promptly to allow time for cleaning and guest transitions.
Supervision Requirements
Children must be supervised by their caregiver at all times. Lamb and Littles Play Cafe is not a drop-off facility. Lamb and Littles is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings or damages that occur while using our facility or participating in activities. By entering the facility, you acknowledge that children’s play environments involve inherent risks and you voluntarily assume those risks.
Session Timing & Re-Entry Policy
Play sessions are scheduled in 90-minute time blocks. If you arrive late, you are welcome to join the remainder of your booked session; however, sessions do not extend for late arrivals. Families may step out briefly and return during their session as long as time remains. Once your 90-minute session ends, it is considered complete and re-entry is not permitted unless another session is booked.
Families are expected to exit promptly at the end of their session so staff may prepare for incoming guests.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations
Session cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or account credit.
Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling can be completed online or by contacting our team.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked session without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Illness Policy
If any child or caregiver in your party is ill, please do not attend your scheduled session. We are happy to assist with illness-related rescheduling when notified as soon as possible. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for all guests.
General Facility Guidelines

Lamb and Littles Play Cafe is a shoe-free facility. Socks are required in all play spaces for all children and adults.

Outside food or drink is not permitted in the facility, unless approved in advance.

Lamb and Littles reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or does not follow facility guidelines. No refunds will be issued in these situations. Lamb and Littles is not responsible for injuries, lost belongings or damages that occur while using our facility or participating in activities. By entering the facility, you acknowledge that children’s play environments involve inherent risks and you voluntarily assume those risks.

Lamb and Littles reserves the right to modify hours or availability as needed.

Our space is cleaned and sanitized between each session using non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products.

Intellectual Property
All materials on our website, on any social media and within our facility- including logos, branding, photos, texts, graphics and digital content- are the property of Lamb and Littles and may not be copied, reused or distributed without written permission.
Policy Updates
Lamb and Littles reserve the right to update pricing, benefits, or policies at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes affecting their membership.
By booking a play session or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & Booking Policies
Reservations Recommended
Reservations are strongly encouraged to guarantee entry. On days with no advance bookings, Lamb and Littles Play Cafe may adjust operating hours or staffing. Walk-ins are welcome only if we are open and capacity allows.
Large Group or Field Trip
Reservations may be made online through our website or by contacting our team by phone.
How to Book
Reservations may be made online through our website or by contacting our team by phone. All session bookings must be completed by the minor’s legal guardian. By signing the waiver, you are agreeing that you are the legal guardian and that you agree to the terms outlined.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Unpaid reservations are not held. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize Lamb and Littles to charge the selected payment method.
