Liability Waiver for Lamb and Littles, LLC

This Waiver and Release of Liability (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned parent or legal guardian (the “Guardian”) on behalf of themselves, the child/children named below (the “Child”), and any accompanying adult(s) (collectively, the “Participants”). By signing this Agreement, the Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below, which release Lamb and Littles, LLC (“Lamb and Littles”) from liability for any injury or damages arising from the use of its facility.

1. Assumption of Risk
The Guardian acknowledges and agrees that the play activities provided by Lamb and Littles involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other accidents that may result in injury. The Guardian assumes full responsibility for supervising their Child and accepts all risks associated with the Child’s participation in activities at Lamb and Littles.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guardian hereby waives, releases, and discharges Lamb and Littles, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage, that may arise from participation in activities at Lamb and Littles.

3. Agreement to Supervise
The Guardian understands that they must accompany and supervise their child/children all times while in the Lamb and Littles facility. Lamb and Littles is not responsible for the supervision of any Child.

4. Age and Participation Guidelines
The Guardian acknowledges that the Lamb and Littles space is designed for imaginative play primarily for children from crawling age to 7 years old. The Guardian agrees to adhere to the ticketing policy, which allows for 90 minutes of play per ticket purchased per Child. Adults accompanying the Child are not charged but are limited to two adults per Child/family.

5. Health and Safety
The Guardian certifies that their Child is in good health and does not have any condition that would make participation in the activities unsafe. The Guardian agrees to inform Lamb and Littles of any special needs or medical conditions prior to participation.

6. Photography and Media Release
The Guardian grants permission to Lamb and Littles to use any photographs or video recordings taken during activities for promotional or marketing purposes. If the Guardian does not wish to grant this permission, they must notify Lamb and Littles in writing prior to participation.

7. Governing Law and Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Lamb and Littles operates. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
The Guardian acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it, intending to be legally bound.

By checking the box pertaining to this Agreement, the Guardian accepts all terms and conditions on behalf of themselves, their Child, and any accompanying adults.
